Bharat Mumbai Container Terminal (BMCT) is the largest container port of India. It has a total capacity of 4.5 million Twenty Foot Equivalent Units (TEU). The shipping firm is responsible for shipment of 55% of nation’s containerized cargo. The client has to provide container number in the format XXXU1234567 and talk to the customer care executive.
Client will have to provide the reference or B/L number over the phone and BMCT customer executive will be able to let you know the current status of the shipment.
Additionally, you can send an email to the PSA BMCT customer care executive with your complete name, contact and container number. The customer support will reply in 02-03 business days.
